Day 24: Something you’ve learned.

How to create a website.

I’ve never taken a class and I’m basically self taught using html help type websites. My first “website” was all links. The front page had a menu leading to other pages and every page was a different category of links. Music – links to my favorite band’s/artists websites. Movies/TV – links to the show or movie’s best fan site or official site. Stuff like that. And remember the first type of animated gifs? I had some of those sprinkled around the site too. That was using AOL’s Easy Designer and a links site was basically all you could do. After that I used Geocities, then had my own domain and was coding most of the site myself with using Blogger in an iframe. Now I use WordPress for the main portion of my sites.
